Introducing
JPS Cares.

A scholarship initiative by the Central Mississippi Coalition of Chapters presented in partnership with Jackson Public Schools — dedicated exclusively to graduating seniors enrolled in JPS schools. A percentage of every Summer Breeze ticket and sponsorship dollar is earmarked for JPS Cares, funding multiple scholarships for the 2026–2027 school year totaling up to $5,000.

Recipients also receive mentorship, resources and a network of support beyond the award itself. The Coalition administers the program directly — developing the scholarship rubric, evaluating applications and presenting scholarship checks directly to selected JPS seniors.

Application details coming soon for JPS graduating seniors for school year 2026-2027
